Hi everyone! My name is Tara Kappel and I’m new to the Commander Staff as a Junior this year. I have always loved reading the daily newspaper, so I am very excited to be able to be a part of one.
Aside from journalism, I play field hockey and swim for both UCHS teams. When I’m not doing either of these things, you can usually find me reading a Jodi Picoult book, watching any ABC Family show, attempting to run, or sleeping. I also love hanging out with my friends at TapEx, backpacking with my family, hiking, listening to music, and baking delicious cupcakes.
