Valerie Bennett, Staff Writer
Junior Valerie Bennett is an aspiring staff writer, this being her second year writing for the UC Commander. Valerie loves to write sports and feature articles, as well as any interesting story thrown her way. She also enjoys singing and playing the piano in her free time, but is still a bit too shy to be in the spotlight just yet. Valerie helps manage the very talented Cross Country Team here at UC and hopes to get back to being a runner herself someday soon. Valerie loves junk food, being sarcastic, and making others laugh. In the future, Valerie wants to go to college in the east coast, and dreams of being an author or journalist.
