Emma Truchan
Emma Truchan, now in her fourth and final year of Journalism, is excited to end her high school career as an Editor-in-Chief. Previously, Emma has been an editor for the Features and Sports pages, and has been on staff since her freshman year. Outside of journalism, Emma competes on UC High’s Varsity Field Hockey Team and the Academic League Team. She is also a representative for the UC High chapter of Student Wellness Education and Resources (SWEAR) Committee, and is an officer for California Scholarship Federation (CSF). When she’s not busy studying or participating in student activities, Emma enjoys watching movies (as her column would suggest), reading, and cooking. She hopes to attend a four-year university next autumn.
