• Plays defense on the Girls Varsity Field Hockey Team
• This is her fourth year playing field hockey
• Also played winter league and has attended many field hockey camps

• Fleming said that in a recent win against Mira Mesa High, “It was nerve-racking when we into overtime, but when the game went into penalty stroke shootouts, I knew we had the game.”
• Most Memorable Game: “My most memorable game was our win against Cathedral [2010]. It felt really good to win, because they are a very good team,” said Fleming.
• A Dedicated Athlete: “Kaitlyn has done an excellent job on defense for varsity this year. She gives 100 percent every day. Her work ethic and skill on the field are really impressive. Her talent and athleticism make her a strong part of our defense,” said Head Field Hockey Coach Mercedes Muñoz.
